IconsXi'an & the Terracotta Army
Three days with the Terracotta Warriors, the city wall, the Muslim Quarter and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

The Terracotta Warriors, a complete Ming city wall and the old Muslim Quarter — Xi'an is China's ancient crossroads.
Xi'an was the eastern end of the Silk Road and the capital of thirteen dynasties. The Terracotta Army is the headline, but the city rewards a second day: cycling the city wall at sunset, wandering the Muslim Quarter's food streets, and standing beneath the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.
We build Xi'an into most first journeys, usually between Beijing and Shanghai, and add a day on Mount Hua for travellers who want a serious hike.
These are the experiences we build into most journeys here — but the best days are often the ones we leave open.
The signature experience — worth planning your route around.
Best with a specialist guide and time to slow down.
We weave this in where it fits your interests and the season.
